We provide Financial Skills Assessments for individual contributors, non-financial managers and financial leaders, covering a wide array of financial topics and financial leadership roles. Such assessments may be purchased "off the shelf" or we can create a customized assessment for you or your organization. Our financial skills assessments will help you determine whether financial leadership coaching and/or financial training may be right for you.
We provide online training on a variety of financial topics and we are continuously updating and adding to our library. Such training may be purchased "off the shelf" or can be customized to your or your organization's needs. Our training is one resource that we make available to you through our financial leadership coaching and financial assessment programs.
We are available to engage in 1:1 financial leadership coaching, for non-financial managers and for financial leaders as well. These sessions, taken in conjunction with our Financial Skills Assessment, will help you identify your strengths and areas for growth in your financial leadership skills. We'll assist you in prioritizing which financial skills learning curves to ascend first.
Our customers are individuals and organizations who either currently work in roles that require them to use a financial skillset or they aspire to such roles. Whether they are individual contributors, non-financial managers or financial managers, they may be called upon to participate in financial decisions for their organizations. We can help them understand their role, learn more about technical considerations of financial activities they are involved in and thereby raise their engagement, confidence, competence and professionalism in the workplace.
